Processing & Shipping Times
All products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to ensure the best pricing for our customers.
- Order Processing: 2-3 business days
- Shipping Time: 15-30 business days (international delivery)
- Total Delivery Time: Approximately 17-33 business days from order placement
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please note that tracking information may take 3-5 business days to become active in the carrier's system.

We ship to all addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available for select countries - please contact us for details.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
Delays
Please note that shipping times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

- Provide your order number and tracking information
- We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund
If tracking shows no updates for more than 7 days after the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping outside the US.
